Production Time
As soon as we receive an order, it will take approximately 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday) from the receipt of the order. Orders received by 12 noon will be considered received on that date. Orders received after 12 noon or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Shipping
Please know when shipping ground to residential addresses, shipping company has a full 10 working days to deliver, regardless of their estimated shipping time. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. (i.e. weather, strike, etc.)
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after the order is in process, the customer is responsible for all charges.
